Therapy & Consultation Rate Information.

Please contact me for information about my current 2024 individual therapy and project consultation rates. You can also book a free 15 minute consultation with me to discuss rates.

For Individual Therapy: I am accepting some insurance plans. Please see information below to see the current plan I worth with. I also offer out-of-network services, and am aware that some insurance plans do reimburse for therapy services. I would encourage you to contact your insurance plan to determine the amount they reimburse for each therapy session, and how many sessions they will reimburse you for each each year. I can also generate and provide a superbill that you can provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. Furthermore, if insurance is not an option, I can provide a sliding scale fee for therapy. Please contact me to inquire about my out-of-network fees.

Insurance UPDATE: Insurance spots filled and case load full. Please check back for updates regarding open spots.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

The federal “No Surprises Act” you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health services will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of expected chargers for mental health services. This act also requires that health care providers inform their clients of this right. You have the right to ask your health care provider for a good faith estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your good faith estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your bill or take a picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about the Good Faith Estimate, please visit: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
